- As a Hostess at Banyan Tree Dubai, you are the first and last impression of the restaurant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome & Experience: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a personalised welcome.
- Manage guest seating, ensuring optimal table allocation and flow.
- Escort guests to tables and present menus where required.
- Maintain a professional, polished, and approachable presence at all times.
- Ensure guests are acknowledged promptly, even during peak periods.
- Reservations & Seating Management: Manage daily reservations using the restaurant booking system.
- Handle walk ins, waiting lists, and guest preferences efficiently.
- Coordinate table allocation with service and management teams.
- Communicate accurate wait times and manage guest expectations.
- Maintain up to date reservation records and seating plans.
- Guest Relations: Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their arrival and departure.
- Handle guest requests, preferences, and special occasions with care and attention.
