We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests.
The ideal candidate will welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth table turnover
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle guest concerns and requests professionally
- Support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional guest service

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
