Guest reception and dining-room service
- Welcome guests, determine party size, and seat them at clean, available tables with current menus.
- Guide guests through the dining room and assist as needed; organize tables and seating for groups with specific needs.
- Check place settings, menus, dining-room availability, service, and guest safety and well-being.
Cleaning, safety, and teamwork
- Keep work areas clean throughout the day and follow ongoing cleaning procedures.
- Follow chain safety policies and training; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions.
- Communicate courteously, answer calls appropriately, support colleagues, and meet quality standards.
Recommended qualifications and physical requirements
- No related work experience is required; prior restaurant experience is recommended.
- A secondary-school diploma or equivalent is recommended; no supervisory experience or certification is required.
- Must be able to stand, sit, and move for extended periods and independently handle loads up to 4.5 kg.
