Welcome restaurant guests, manage seating, and help maintain an orderly, clean dining area.
Guest and dining-room duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
- Seat guests at clean, available tables, provide menus, and offer assistance.
- Guide guests through dining areas and arrange tables, chairs, and settings, including for groups with special needs.
- Ensure place settings are complete and menus are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free.
- Maintain clean work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being in dining rooms.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is listed as preferred.
- No supervisory experience, license, or certification is specified.
Schedule and workplace
- Full-time schedule; the position is not remote.
- The role is based at the specified hotel location in Dubai.
Service and working conditions
