Host/Hostess role in Food and Beverage & Culinary at West Crescent, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

Guest seating and dining-room service
- Greet guests, determine party size, seat guests at clean tables, and guide them through the dining rooms.
- Arrange tables, chairs, and settings, including seating for groups with special needs.
- Ensure place settings are complete and menus are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free.
- Maintain work-area cleanliness and monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
Standards and team conduct
- Follow company and safety procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete safety training and certifications.
- Maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets, and welcome guests according to company standards.
- Use clear, professional language and appropriate telephone etiquette; build positive working relationships and support team goals.
- Meet quality expectations and perform other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.
Preferred qualifications and physical demands
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is specified; no license or certification is listed.
- The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
