Role
Represent MANEL in clients’ homes, delivering precise fittings and measurements with discreet, polished service.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients for fittings, measurements, and alterations.
- Record measurements on MANEL’s standard sheet and send accurate details to Production.
- Alter garments on site when possible or return them to the production facility with clear instructions.
- Protect garments during handling and transport.
- Coordinate appointments and travel with Customer Care; record visits and share client feedback.
What you bring
- At least 5 years of tailoring and alterations experience.
- Luxury, bridal, or evening-wear experience with delicate fabrics is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Polished presentation, excellent communication, responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
- Arabic is a plus; available to join within one month.
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive salary based on experience and transport support.

Success measures
First-fitting accuracy, garment remakes or repeat alterations, client satisfaction, punctuality, and appointments completed.
