Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Road CAD & BIM Technician to support our UAE infrastructure design projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality CAD drawings, preparing road and highway submissions in compliance with Dubai RTA authority requirements, and developing BIM models.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in
Civil 3d And Microstation
, along with a solid understanding of road and Utility standards in UAE.
Nature Of Work And Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed CAD \MIM drawings for road and highway infrastructure projects.
- Develop plans, profiles, cross-sections, and detailed design drawings.
- Produce and manage BIM models in accordance with project and client requirements.
- Prepare road design package submissions as per Dubai RTA standards and guidelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, BIM teams, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Deliver assigned work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or CAD Technologies
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Roads and Utility Drawings
- Prior UAE infrastructure project experience is essential
- Strong working knowledge of UAE authority standards and NOC processes
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and MicroStation.
- Revit experience is an added advantage
