Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor role located in Abu Dhabi.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost management across all project phases, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and ensuring accurate cost control and reporting.
Responsibilities
also include collaborating with project teams, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial and contractual requirements.
This role requires exceptional analytical and communication skills to support the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Infrastructure experience is a must
- Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning to ensure budget alignment and financial oversight.
- Experience in the preparation and management of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to support tendering and project planning processes POST CONTRACT
- Strong skills in Cost Reporting to track and document project financial performance accurately.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities to manage responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools used in quantity surveying and cost management.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification or membership with a recognized body (e.g., RICS) is a plus.
- Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry, preferably within the Middle East, is advantageous.
