Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Document Controller / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
This is an on-site role responsible for managing and organizing project documentation, maintaining records systems, and supporting project teams in administrative tasks.
The individual will be instrumental in ensuring timely submission, accuracy, and compliance of all project records and documentation, as well as maintaining effective communication within teams and stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities may include scheduling, coordination, and handling administrative duties to support seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Document Management, Project Documentation, and maintaining records systems
- Strong skills in Documentation and Records Management processes
- Proven ability in Communication to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in ACONEX and other software tools and platforms used for document control and office management is an advantage
- Previous experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
- Relevant certification or diploma in administration, document control, or a related field
