Role Overview
Assist engineers and technical teams on site with installation, maintenance, and project-related activities.
The role requires physical readiness, discipline, teamwork, and accurate instruction-following.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers and technicians during site installations and maintenance works.
- Support cable pulling, cable dressing, and basic electrical or mechanical tasks.
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment on site.
- Prepare and clean work areas before and after task completion.
- Follow safety procedures and company site guidelines strictly.
- Load and unload materials from vehicles.
- Support equipment handling and positioning under engineer supervision.
- Perform basic drilling, mounting, and fixing tasks when instructed.
- Ensure proper care and handling of company tools and equipment.
- Support urgent site tasks assigned by the project manager or engineer.
Requirements
- Previous site experience is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Team player with discipline.
- Willing to travel to different project sites within the UAE.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from AED 1,138.15 to AED 1,875.00 per month.
Experience and Language
- One year of Support Staff experience is preferred.
- English language ability is preferred.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
