Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Report primarily to the Scheduler and carry out assigned daily tasks.
• Coordinate with departments regarding deliveries, collections, and other assigned requirements.
• Deliver and collect goods, documents, invoices, cheques, and other company items.
• Submit invoices, cheques, and documents to customers, suppliers, banks, and relevant offices.
• Assist with cheque deposits and other banking-related errands.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of company materials and documents.
• Assist with general office, warehouse, and operational support when required.
• Maintain communication with the Scheduler and relevant departments about assigned tasks.
• Carry out other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Dubai and major areas in the UAE.
• Good command of English.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy work approach.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 1,451.29 to AED 2,547.00 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
