NTT DATA is hiring a Helpdesk Senior Associate - ITIL in Bangalore, India.
The role provides IT service desk support, guidance, and training to end users across devices, applications, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT service desk support, guidance, and training to end users.
- Record, update, and promptly escalate support issues to the next level.
- Support IT onboarding activities for end users.
- Work with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
- Discover new IT business tools for business users and internal IT teams.
- Seek, suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements.
- Develop capability to support other IT business areas.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong troubleshooting ability are required.
- The role requires teamwork, independent work, and comfort working with diverse stakeholders.
- Availability for 24/7 rotational shifts and rotating days off is required.
- Work from the office is mandatory.
- Knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting across Windows 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft environments is required.
Workplace and Schedule
- The position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- Work from the office is mandatory, with 24/7 rotational shifts and rotating days off.
