Safely and punctually transport employees, workers, or passengers between accommodation, project sites, offices, and other designated locations.

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy buses safely and follow assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off.
- Follow UAE traffic laws, road-safety rules, and company driving policies.
- Inspect the vehicle daily, including fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyres, brakes, lights, indicators, and mirrors.
- Report defects, breakdowns, accidents, and maintenance needs promptly.
- Keep the bus clean, safe, and roadworthy; ensure passenger safety and do not exceed permitted capacity.
- Maintain trip, mileage, fuel, and other vehicle records.
- Coordinate schedules and route changes with supervisors.
- Ensure registration, insurance, permits, and other required documents are valid and available.
- Assist with emergencies, communicate professionally, and perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and experience
- A valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving Licence is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of Heavy Bus Driver experience in the UAE or GCC is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, traffic regulations, and major industrial or project locations.
- Basic English communication is required; Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an advantage.
- A good driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Construction, industrial, maintenance, facility management, manpower, or project-site transportation experience is preferred.
Required skills
- Safe and defensive driving; UAE traffic regulations; route planning and navigation; and basic vehicle inspection knowledge.
- Time management, communication, responsibility, and discipline.
- Flexible shifts and extended hours may be required; weekends, nights, and public holidays may be needed operationally.
