Key Responsibilities

  • **Guest Service Excellence:** Greet guests, present menus, make recommendations, and handle special requests or complaints professionally.
  • **Service Supervision:** Supervise a designated station (roughly 15–25 guests) to ensure service teams adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • **Order Management:** Take detailed food and beverage orders, relaying them accurately to the kitchen/bar, and ensure accurate billing.
  • **Team Leadership:** Train, mentor, and guide junior servers and bussers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • **Operational Setup:** Ensure the restaurant station is properly stocked, cleaned, and set up prior to service.
  • **Sales Maximization:** Actively use upselling techniques to increase revenue and enhance guest experience.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • **Experience:** Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a, high-end, or resort environment is typically required.
  • **Knowledge:** Extensive knowledge of menu items and no alcoholic drinks.
  • **Communication:** Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
  • **Leadership:** Ability to lead a team and handle high-pressure situations.
  • **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for long periods.
