- The role reports directly to the COO, with scope flexible based on the candidate’s background—either as a generalist overseeing all three verticals or as a deep specialist owning one.
- What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a mid‑tier or emerging exchange / protocol, where resources were limited and growth came from execution, not platform advantages
- A track record of scaling through campaigns, affiliate programs, user acquisition, and retention—with measurable results
- Deep product understanding in at least one area: wallet user growth, perp trading mechanics, or DEX liquidity / incentive design
- Comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
