As the Head of Talent & Performance Management, you will be the driving force behind this mission, ensuring that every individual across our diverse, global team is empowered to grow, perform, and succeed.
You’ll lead our approach to Performance Management, feedback culture, and individual development, helping shape the careers of thousands while fostering a Growth Mindset.
What You’ll Do
- **Performance Management Excellence**
- : Lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of a robust Performance Management framework, leveraging cutting-edge tools and techniques to create a culture of continuous excellence and accountability.
- **Americana Development Center Ownership**
- : Take full ownership of the Americana Development Center, ensuring a consistent, transparent, and fair approach to assessing employee capabilities and potential across the organization.
- Implement a structured assessment process that accurately reflects performance and developmental needs.
- **Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline**
- : Conduct and drive succession planning exercises, ensuring a strong internal pipeline of future leaders.
- Proactively identify high-potential talent and ensure they are on the path to growth and readiness for critical roles.
- **Individual Development Plans (IDPs)**
- : Drive the setup, execution, and tracking of personalized development plans for high-potential employees and future leaders.
- Ensure these plans are tailored to individual growth while aligning with the company’s goals.
- **Leadership Development & Training**
- : Partner with the Head of L&D to train leaders on tools and strategies, embedding a Growth Mindset across all levels.
- Lead workshops and sessions on Performance Management and feedback excellence.
- **Feedback Culture**
- : Be the ambassador of an open feedback culture, ensuring that every employee receives timely, constructive, and actionable feedback, and that managers are equipped to facilitate this process.
- **Talent Dashboards & Skill Ontology**
- : Own and manage the talent dashboards, leveraging a skill ontology framework to track competencies, development, and talent progression across the organization.
- Ensure data-driven insights are used to inform talent decisions and growth strategies.
- **Collaboration**
- : Work closely with the Head of L&D and the Head of Talent Acquisition to shape a seamless employee lifecycle experience; from hiring to developing top talent and building a cohesive, high-performing organization.

Education & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in the area of talent and performance management.
- Experience in Retail/F&B industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's in business administration, human resources or a business related discipline, MBA is a plus.
Professional Certifications
- Certifications in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, or Organization Development (e.g., GTML, CTMP, ODCP, or equivalent).
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, or similar) is an advantage.
- Certified in leadership assessment tools (Hogan, Korn Ferry, MBTI, Lumina, Predictive Index, or similar).
- Accredited HR professional preferred (CIPD, SHRM‑SCP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Exposure to HR analytics, digital HR platforms, and AI‑enabled talent systems.
