Job Purpose

The Senior Associate supports project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with PMO SOP, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Project Coordination & Support:**
  • Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and execution of project activities across all lifecycle phases.
  • **Tracking & Reporting:**
  • Assist in preparing weekly/bi-weekly project status reports.
  • **Documentation & Governance:**
  • Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation ensuring compliance with PMO framework, SOPs, and audit requirements.
  • **Stakeholder Coordination:**
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to track actions, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • **Meetings & Communication Management:**
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • **Risk & Issue Tracking:**
  • Identify potential risks and issues and promptly highlight them to the Project Manager for mitigation or escalation.
  • **Project Closure:**
  • Assist in project closure activities including documentation, sign-offs and archiving.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum of 2-4 years in project coordination with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects.

Certifications

: PMP/CAPM/CSM/CSPO/PRINCE2 foundation, Agile certification, or equivalent preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and PMO governance.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
