Lead software development teams and drive delivery of innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow software engineers across multiple projects.
- Define engineering best practices, development methodologies, and quality standards.
- Make architectural decisions and ensure software scalability, reliability, and security.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with product owners and stakeholders.
- Manage timelines, resources, and delivery milestones to support on-time completion.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications and experience
- Typically 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in modern software development technologies, programming languages, and frameworks.
- Experience leading Agile teams and implementing Agile/Scrum processes.
- Problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience and 3–5 years in software engineering leadership.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and DevOps practices.
- Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and quality assurance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
