Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Sales at Deus X Pay.
This role involves leading and managing the sales team, developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
The Head of Sales will oversee account management, identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and provide mentorship to enhance team performance.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal departments to align sales objectives and business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, driving revenue growth and meeting targets
- Strong skills in Account Management and Team Management to foster client relationships and lead high-performing teams
- Highly developed Analytical Skills with a focus on market trends and data interpretation
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with digital finance, cryptocurrency, or stablecoin solutions is essential
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in regulated markets and knowledge of global financial compliance standards
- Relevant experience and network is not negotiable
