Job Description

  • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support and guide junior team members to improve performance and commercial capability.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
  • Represent the company professionally in all commercial interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate and recommend bulk sales contracts within DOA-approved thresholds.
  • Propose pricing and discount structures for approval in line with DOA.
  • Commit volumes and delivery schedules in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, food commodities, or agri-business.
  • Proven experience handling bulk product volumes
  • Experience managing domestic and/or international key accounts.
  • Exposure to revenue and margin accountability.
