Job Description
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support and guide junior team members to improve performance and commercial capability.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
- Represent the company professionally in all commercial interactions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate and recommend bulk sales contracts within DOA-approved thresholds.
- Propose pricing and discount structures for approval in line with DOA.
- Commit volumes and delivery schedules in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, food commodities, or agri-business.
- Proven experience handling bulk product volumes
- Experience managing domestic and/or international key accounts.
- Exposure to revenue and margin accountability.
