Head of Sales
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company.
This position is specifically for candidates with proven experience in selling services, not products, ideally in marketing or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Drive revenue growth through influencer marketing services
- Build strong relationships with brands and agencies
- Close high-value deals and manage key accounts
- Monitor performance and ensure achievement of targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital or influencer marketing
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and client management skills
