Our client is a leading-edge technology organisation at the forefront of artificial intelligence innovation.

Backed by significant regional investment, they develop advanced, enterprise-ready applications designed to solve complex global challenges.

Following a successful period of foundational growth, the company is now hiring a permanent Head of People & Culture to lead a pivotal phase of expansion.

The organisation is on track to reach circa 300–350 employees by July, making this a critical hire to establish the infrastructure for a rapidly scaling workforce.

The Role

You will lead a team of specialists across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and People Operations.

This role is designed for a "builder" who can balance high-level organisational strategy with hands-on execution.

Primary Objectives

  • Lead the transition from organic, employee-led initiatives to an officially defined, performance-oriented culture.
  • Architect and implement formal frameworks for leveling, career pathways, and performance management from the ground up.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CXO and Director-level leadership on organisational design and structural evolution.
  • Ensure all policies, rulebooks, and people systems are robust enough to support significant headcount growth over the coming months.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive People leadership experience.
  • A proven track record within the Technology sector, specifically in startup or scale-up environments where you have successfully managed ambiguity.
  • 1–2 years of UAE experience is essential to ensure a deep understanding of local labor laws and regional nuances.
  • Experience in international scaling to implement best-in-class policies and standards.
  • You must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a fast-evolving environment that requires both structure and calm.
