Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales leadership in the UAE automotive sector (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong sales achievements, with documented success in exceeding targets and scaling sales operations.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams.
  • Independent, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the chinese automotive brands will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Omoda & Jaecoo brand in the UAE market.
  • Build and lead a top-tier sales team aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
  • Drive sales volume, revenue, and market share growth through innovative sales initiatives.
  • Establish and manage a network of dealerships, retail sales and fleet partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and aftersales departments to align sales objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
  • Set and monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and reporting systems to measure performance.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, media engagements, and key client meetings.
  • Provide strategic input to leadership for long-term planning and expansion.
