Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Set, monitor, and manage sales KPIs and team targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct daily training sessions for channel partners (brokers) and ensure the internal sales team follows the same sales approach and standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or similar leadership role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong sales and sales management skills with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Extensive experience in luxury or premium real estate/property development sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
