Role Overview

:

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our factory operations within the Marble division, overseeing end-to-end processes across stone processing, production planning, quality control, and plant maintenance.

The role requires strong technical expertise and a focus on efficiency, quality, and timely project deliver

y.

Key Responsibiliti

  • es:
  • Oversee full-cycle marble processing including block selection, gang saw/bridge saw cutting, calibration, polishing, edge profiling, and finish
  • ing.Drive production planning and scheduling (PPC) to meet project timelines and optimize capacity utilizat
  • ion.Monitor and improve yield, recovery rates, and wastage cont
  • rol.Ensure adherence to quality standards, surface finish specifications, tolerances, and dimensional accur
  • acy.Manage and maintain machinery including bridge saws, CNC machines, waterjet cutting machines, polishing lines, and edge-cutting equipm
  • ent.Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment efficie
  • ncy.Lead workforce including operators, supervisors, and technicians, ensuring productivity and discipl
  • ine.Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe handling of materi
  • als.Coordinate with procurement, projects, design, and logistics teams for smooth operati
  • ons.

Requirem

  • ents:
  • 10–15+ years’ experience in marble/stone manufact
  • uring.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Mining), Operations Management, or a related
  • field.Strong knowledge of stone processing techniques and mach
  • inery.Experience managing high-volume production environ
  • ments.In-depth understanding of marble processing techniques, machinery, and quality assessment stan
  • dards.Strong leadership and operational management s
  • kills.UAE/GCC experience pref
  • erred.
