We are looking for an experienced Community Manager who brings a strong background in developer-side community management, ideally gained within a large-scale real estate development company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned residential communities.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, owners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve community service standards, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with facilities management, security, maintenance, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage community budgets, service charge-related matters, and operational expenditures.
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Address escalated resident concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Organize community events, initiatives, and communication campaigns to strengthen community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, developer standards, and community governance policies.
- Prepare regular reports on community performance, resident satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in community management, property management, or residential asset operations.
- Prior experience with a leading real estate developer, master developer, or large-scale property management company is essential.
- Strong knowledge of community management best practices, customer service standards, and operational processes.
- Experience managing high-end residential, mixed-use, or luxury developments is highly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong financial and budget management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property/community management systems.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with renowned developers or large master communities in the UAE or GCC.
- Familiarity with jointly owned property regulations and community governance frameworks.
- Professional certifications related to community or property management are advantageous.
