About This Role
Head of Product Development
الهدف من الوظيفة:
قيادة استراتيجية تطوير المنتجات من الفكرة إلى الإطلاق، وضمان تقديم منتجات مبتكرة وعالية الجودة تلبي احتياجات السوق، وتدعم أهداف النمو والربحية للشركة في قطر والأسواق الإقليمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- قيادة استراتيجية تطوير المنتجات بالتعاون مع الإدارة العليا.
- الإشراف على دورة حياة المنتج بالكامل (الفكرة، التصميم، التطوير، الاختبار، الإطلاق).
- إدارة فرق تطوير المنتجات (Product Managers، Designers، Analysts، Engineers).
- تحديد أولويات خارطة طريق المنتجات (Product Roadmap) بناءً على احتياجات السوق والعملاء.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والتسويق والمبيعات لضمان نجاح المنتج في السوق.
- تحسين تجربة المستخدم (UX) وضمان جودة المنتجات.
- تحليل البيانات وسلوك المستخدم لتوجيه قرارات تطوير المنتج.
- قيادة الابتكار وتطوير منتجات جديدة أو تحسين المنتجات الحالية.
- إدارة الميزانية والموارد الخاصة بتطوير المنتجات.
- ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير التقنية والتجارية والتنظيمية.
- متابعة الاتجاهات السوقية والتقنيات الحديثة لتحديد فرص النمو.
- إعداد تقارير دورية حول أداء المنتجات ورفعها للإدارة العليا.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، علوم الحاسوب، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل ماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8–15 سنة في تطوير المنتجات أو إدارة المنتجات، منها 5 سنوات في منصب قيادي.
- خبرة في المنتجات الرقمية أو التقنية (SaaS، تطبيقات، منصات رقمية).
- معرفة قوية بمنهجيات Agile وScrum وLean Product Development.
- خبرة في تحليل البيانات واتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات.
- فهم قوي لتجربة المستخدم (UX/UI).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية).

- نجاح إطلاق المنتجات في الوقت المحدد
- نمو استخدام المنتجات (Product Adoption)
- رضا العملاء (Customer Satisfaction / NPS)
- تحسين أداء المنتج في السوق
- تقليل وقت تطوير المنتجات (Time to Market)
