Role Overview

The Head of AI & Machine Learning will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s AI strategy, overseeing research and development, and leading a team of data scientists and engineers. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to align AI initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI & ML strategies across the organization.
• Lead research and development of AI-driven automotive and mobility solutions.
• Oversee data collection, modeling, and deployment of machine learning systems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Ensure scalability, security, and ethical use of AI technologies.
• Evaluate emerging AI trends and recommend adoption strategies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing AI & ML team.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on AI initiatives and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of data engineering, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and big data tools.
• Experience with computer vision, natural language processing, or predictive analytics.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
