We are looking for a **Head of Digital Marketing** who will take full ownership of our digital strategy.

You will lead a skilled team, align marketing with business goals, and turn insights into growth.

You will act as the voice of the customer while working closely with leadership, product, and technical teams to deliver strong, consistent results.

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

Performance Marketing

Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, and social platforms to maximize ROI.

Crm & Email Marketing

Lead lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and automation strategies to improve engagement and retention.

Analytics & Optimization

Track performance metrics, analyze data, and continuously improve campaigns based on insights.

Team Leadership

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, sales, and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

Experience

6+ years in digital marketing, including leadership or team management experience.

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, paid social media, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.

Proven Results

Demonstrated ability to drive growth, improve conversion rates, and manage successful campaigns.

Communication

Ability to clearly present strategies, insights, and performance results to stakeholders.

Mindset

Data-driven, strategic thinker with a balance of creativity and execution.

Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership.

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR32,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doha (Doha)
