Own and grow FLOW’s freight forwarding and shipping business across sea, air, and multimodal trade lanes.
Lead commercial performance, carrier and agency relationships, and operational execution to deliver profitable, reliable freight services.
Responsibilities
- Lead P&L for sea, air, and multimodal forwarding and shipping or liner-agency operations.
- Set commercial strategy for trade lanes, pricing, and carrier contracts.
- Drive volume and margin growth across key accounts and target verticals.
- Build relationships with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, and customs partners.
- Ensure booking, documentation, customs clearance, and on-time delivery excellence.
- Manage and develop the freight forwarding and shipping team across FLOW’s markets.
Qualifications and competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years in freight forwarding or shipping, including leadership roles.
- Strong carrier, agency, and regulator network in KSA or GCC.
- Proven P&L ownership and commercial negotiation track record.
