Role overview
Enable warehousing and distribution commercial growth by equipping sales and account teams with tools, playbooks, training, and pipeline support.
Work across Product, Solutions Engineering, and Sales to help win and scale warehousing and distribution business.
Responsibilities
- Build warehousing and distribution playbooks, battle cards, and value-proposition content.
- Design and deliver training for sales and account teams.
- Support early-stage deal shaping and qualification.
- Maintain the content library and RFP toolkit.
- Track pipeline health, conversion, and win/loss trends.
- Close capability or content gaps that limit growth.
- Coordinate Product, Solutions Engineering, and Operations enablement.
- Support onboarding of new sales hires into the warehousing and distribution portfolio.
Qualifications and competencies
- Strong warehousing and distribution knowledge.
- More than 5 years of experience.
- Sales enablement, training design, and content development experience.
- Cross-functional stakeholder management and an analytical mindset.
- Facilitation, communication, and program-management skills.
