Join the Operations – Transportation team as a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator.
The role is advertised for locations in Jeddah and Jubail.
Coordinate fleet maintenance activities to support vehicle readiness, compliance, and operational availability.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for fleet vehicles.
- Arrange workshop appointments and follow up with internal teams and external service providers.
- Prioritize repairs and monitor vehicle readiness to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service histories, inspection records, and job orders.
Compliance and Vendor Coordination
- Track warranties, service agreements, MVPI requirements, and maintenance compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for spare parts, quotations, and maintenance requirements.
- Receive maintenance requests from drivers and ensure proper follow-up and closure.
- Update fleet maintenance systems and trackers with job orders and vehicle status.
Performance and Safety
- Monitor fleet availability, downtime, preventive maintenance compliance, repair turnaround time, and maintenance costs.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with company HSE standards and applicable Saudi regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in fleet maintenance coordination, workshop operations, or commercial vehicle maintenance.
- Good knowledge of heavy or commercial vehicles, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and workshop processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CMMS, fleet maintenance, or ERP systems.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
