Head of Cloud Experience

Role Overview

Cloud Strategy and Platform

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide Cloud Experience strategy and roadmap.
• Establish a unified Cloud Experience Platform with self-service provisioning, automation, AI copilots, and agentic workflows.
• Lead the cloud portal, service catalog, and developer experience.
• Simplify cloud provisioning, governance, lifecycle management, and operational processes across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

AI Operations and Governance

• Scale conversational AI, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation across cloud operations.
• Enable AI-assisted provisioning, remediation planning, capacity management, operational insights, and service management.
• Establish service catalogs, dependency maps, telemetry frameworks, automation workflows, runbooks, and knowledge repositories.
• Implement human oversight, approval workflows, policy enforcement, auditability, and operational guardrails for AI-driven actions.

Leadership and Transformation

• Partner with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to govern AI-enabled cloud operations.
• Drive adoption of AI-first cloud operating models across the organization.
• Establish success metrics for adoption, efficiency, reliability, customer experience, and productivity.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing global teams while influencing executive stakeholders.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure services, platform engineering, or digital product leadership.
• At least 4 years of experience leading global cloud, platform engineering, or technology teams.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cloud transformation in complex enterprise environments.

Cloud, AI, and Product Expertise

• Deep enterprise cloud platform expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience delivering self-service platforms, service catalogs, cloud marketplaces, or developer platforms at enterprise scale.
• Experience with generative AI, AI copilots, intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, and agentic AI architectures.
• Strong product leadership, roadmap definition, investment prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Governance and Leadership

• Extensive knowledge of cloud governance, security, compliance, operational risk management, and FinOps practices.
• Experience implementing controls, policies, and accountability mechanisms in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with emerging AI governance frameworks and Agentic FinOps concepts.
• Proven global team leadership, executive communication, change leadership, and influencing skills.
