About the Role

  • We are building a style exchange platform for the MENA region.
  • This is a founding team hire. The person in this role will own the brand and our acquisition and retention strategy and execution end to end.
  • This is not a specialist role. It is a full stack brand and marketing position.
  • This is a builder role. You will not be handed a team, a budget, or a strategy. You will build all three.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the voice, visual identity, and tone of the brand across every touchpoint.
  • Brief and oversee creative output — campaigns, content, collateral, and platform experience.
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand purpose, not just the product.
  • Build and lead our community from the ground up — recruit, engage, retain.
  • Own our community programmes from design to execution.
  • Create the systems, comms, and rhythms that make community members feel seen and motivated.
  • Translate community insight into product and content feedback loops.
  • Lead content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Produce and commission content that makes the platform feel alive — editorial, social, campaign.
  • Build a content engine that scales with the community.
  • Design and execute the go to market plan for launch and beyond.
  • Drive user growth through a smart mix of organic, paid, partnership, and offline channels.

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine passion for and deep understanding of fashion, culture, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Proven experience building or growing a community, brand, or movement — online or offline.
  • Strong content instincts — you know what earns attention and what earns trust.
  • Fluent in digital & offline marketing fundamentals: paid social, SEO basics, CRM, funnel metrics.
  • Omni channel thinker — equally comfortable planning an IRL event and optimising a Meta campaign.
  • Experience in or strong affinity with marketplace models — both supply and demand dynamics.
  • A natural storyteller who can sell a vision 1:1 as well as through content.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy execution, and building without a playbook.
  • Able to use AI tools in a brand relevant, creative way.

What We Offer

  • Salary + equity, confirmed on successful completion of the trial period.
  • Trial Period: Up to 3 months to ensure a strong mutual fit.
  • Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience. Discussed at the offer stage.
  • Location: UAE based. Dubai preferred.
