A leading international pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare company is looking for a commercially driven

Senior FP&A Analyst

to support business performance and strategic decision-making in KSA.

Reporting to: Finance Head KSA

We are looking for a

commercially minded and analytically strong Senior FP&A Analyst

to join our KSA team.

This role plays a critical part in

driving financial performance

, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring effective

planning, forecasting, and working capital management

.

You will work closely with commercial and leadership teams, providing insights that directly influence business strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze
  • sales, pricing, and margin performance
  • to support commercial strategy and profitability improvement
  • Develop
  • financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
  • aligned with business plans
  • Monitor and track

KPIs

  • , providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders
  • Support
  • budgeting and planning cycles
  • with accurate and timely financial data
  • Prepare
  • financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • for leadership and commercial teams
  • Contribute to
  • working capital optimization
  • and performance improvement initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in
  • Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • **5–7 years of experience**
  • in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Controlling
  • Experience in

FMCG, Consumer Health, or Pharmaceutical

  • sectors is highly preferred
  • Prior exposure to
  • Accounting or Audit
  • is considered a plus
  • Strong proficiency in
  • Excel and financial modelling
  • Experience with
  • ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • and
  • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
