Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages while creating memorable guest experiences.
- Provide broader guest service, anticipate guest needs, and build relationships across the hotel and community.
- Keep the bar looking and functioning flawlessly and stay informed about trends, local offerings, and guests’ evolving needs.
- Handle money and information carefully; follow policies, protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and uphold workplace safety and professional appearance.
- Perform hands-on work, including extended standing, sitting, or walking and handling objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Preferred qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is specified as necessary.
