Lead Civil/Structural engineering input for design, fabrication, construction, testing, installation, and commissioning of offshore facilities for the NFA Sustainability Project.

Primary purpose
Lead Civil/Structural engineering input for design, fabrication, construction, testing, installation, and commissioning of offshore facilities for the NFA Sustainability Project.
Support successful execution on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved project requirements, specifications, and standards.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 15 years of Civil/Structural engineering design experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- At least 10 years of experience on offshore Oil & Gas processing projects.
- At least 7 years as Lead Discipline Engineer for major project design.
- Full familiarity with Shell DEPs, international design codes and standards, structural engineering software, and design review processes.
- Familiarity with FEED and EPIC deliverables, equipment, and design and construction progress reviews.
- Proven ability to manage a discipline engineering team in a major project environment.
- Strong technical, planning, communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university; a higher degree is advantageous.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent in the Civil/Structural discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead Civil/Structural engineering input for offshore facilities on the NFA Sustainability Project.
- Guide engineering input for design, fabrication, construction, testing, installation, and commissioning.
- Ensure project execution meets approved requirements, specifications, and standards, and is delivered on time and within budget.
