The ideal candidate has strong baking skills, leadership experience, and a passion for high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts.
Responsibilities
Prepare and oversee daily production of baked goods
Manage kitchen and baking staff
Develop new recipes and seasonal products
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Monitor inventory and place supply orders
Ensure consistency and quality control
Train junior bakers and kitchen assistants
Requirements
Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef
Leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge of artisan breads, pastries, and baking techniques
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary or baking certification
Experience
in high-volume bakery operations
