Overview
Ninna Homemade Bakery is the first Argentinian Bakery in Dubai and we are now hiring a Kitchen Operations Lead / Head Baker.
We are looking for someone with strong bakery & pastry production experience to help organize and systemize our kitchen operations.
We are NOT looking only for a cake artist or creative pastry chef.
We need someone operational, organized and experienced in production kitchens.
Experience
- in bakeries, pastry kitchens or hotel production preferred.
- Must have:
- Strong organization skills
- Bakery/pastry production experience (Ideally, from croissants to custom cakes)
- Leadership mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- English communication
Experience
- with Spanish, vegan & gluten-free products is a plus.
