About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Guest Room Attendant to join the resort s Hotel Housekeeping team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Report on time wearing the correct uniform and name tag as per company policy.

Attend shift-start briefings in designated areas led by your supervisor.

Be aware of company values, behavior and actions, like Forbes 5-Star Classification.

Be fully trained on resort standards and daily task procedures.

Use and maintain chemicals, supplies, and equipment according to resort guidelines.

Prepare and replenish assigned guest rooms and suites to resort standards.

Manage mobile supplier/collector carts carefully to avoid corridor damage.

Operate machinery safely and maintain a hazard-free environment.

Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and personalize interactions using guest names.

Be familiar with hotel services and local attractions to assist guest inquiries.

Protect hotel property in your work area and report any issues.

Perform full room servicing including dusting, linen changes, vacuuming, and amenity replenishment.

Maintain cleanliness and comply with health, safety, and hygiene policies.

Be ready for flexible shifts and complete all assigned tasks using the task device properly.

Report malfunctions, lost items, unusual behavior, and participate in inventory when required.
