Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, handle requests and concerns, and coordinate with operational departments.
- Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns, and deliver personalized service throughout each stage of the guest journey.
- Manage guest feedback and provide recommendations about hotel services and local attractions.
- Remain visible throughout the property, engage with guests, and collaborate with associates across departments.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional appearance and communications, and contribute to a safe workplace.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Previous guest relations, front office, customer service, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required by the posting; no license or certification is listed.
Preferred skills
- Strong interpersonal and guest engagement skills, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Organization, multitasking, professional handling of guest concerns, and knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Spoken and written English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
