We are looking for a dynamic Guest Relations / Listing Officer to be part of our growing team.
Your Role
Be the bridge between our premium properties and our valued guests, ensuring every listing stands out and every stay is seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize high-end property listings across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
- Ensure all listings reflect a premium standard, accurate, visually appealing, and well-presented
- Coordinate pricing strategies, availability, and promotions
- Handle guest communications with professionalism and attention to detail
- Deliver a smooth and elevated guest experience from booking to check-out
- Monitor reviews and maintain exceptional satisfaction ratings
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in holiday homes, hospitality, or luxury property management
- Strong communication and guest service mindset
- Detail-oriented with an eye for quality and presentation
- Familiarity with listing platforms is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
