Guest Relations Agent position at an international branded resort on The Palm, Dubai.
The agent welcomes guests and provides attentive service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Respond to enquiries and provide information about resort facilities.
- Handle requests and coordinate with hotel departments.
- Answer calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide attentive service and maintain a welcoming, professional presence.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- German, Spanish, Chinese, or French language skills are preferred.
- Previous hotel, front office, or guest relations experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional and presentable manner; flexibility to work shifts.
Compensation and package
- Basic salary is AED 2,500 per month.
- Package includes shared accommodation, transportation, employment visa, medical insurance, and meals.

- Resort-based role on The Palm, Dubai.
