The role is Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for a 4-star hotel in Dubai.
The employer seeks strong experience in bar operations and banqueting, commercial ability, and capacity to lead the F&B team.
Key responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of the F&B strategy.
- Identify ways to increase revenue, attract new guests, and improve business performance.
- Drive growth of bar and banqueting operations.
- Plan and promote events, offers, and other revenue-generating activities.
- Monitor sales, costs, budgets, stock, and wastage, and take action to improve results.
- Oversee daily F&B operations and maintain service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to deliver a smooth guest experience.
- Review guest feedback and identify service and satisfaction improvements.
- Support the F&B Manager with operational planning, reporting, and team performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Manager, or in a similar senior hospitality role.
- Strong experience in both bar operations and banqueting.
- Commercial approach and ability to identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve performance.
- Good understanding of F&B costs, budgeting, stock control, and sales performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Package and benefits
- Basic salary is AED 6,000 per month, plus service charge.
- Package includes a single room in a shared apartment, medical and insurance, meals, uniform and laundry under company policy, and a vacation ticket after every 24 months of continuous service.
