Guest Relations Agent role with an international branded resort on The Palm, Dubai.
The agent provides a warm welcome and attentive service throughout each guest's stay.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Respond to enquiries and provide information about the resort and its facilities.
- Handle guest requests and coordinate with other hotel departments.
- Answer calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly; deliver attentive service and maintain a welcoming, professional presence.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills are required.
- German, Spanish, Chinese, or French language skills are preferred.
- Previous hotel, front office, or guest relations experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills; professional and presentable.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
Salary and package
- Basic salary is AED 2,500 per month.
- Package includes shared accommodation, transportation, employment visa, medical insurance, and meals.
