Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for a 4-star hotel in Dubai, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of the F&B strategy.
- Identify ways to grow revenue, attract guests and improve performance; drive bar and banqueting growth.
- Plan and promote events, offers and other revenue-generating activities.
- Monitor sales, costs, budgets, stock and wastage, taking action to improve results.
- Oversee daily operations and service standards; lead, motivate and develop the team.
- Work with the kitchen and other departments to deliver a smooth guest experience.
- Review guest feedback and identify service improvements.
- Support the F&B Manager with planning, reporting and team performance.
Requirements
- Previous Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Manager or similar senior hospitality experience.
- Strong experience in both bar operations and banqueting.
- Commercial approach, with ability to grow revenue and improve performance.
- Understanding of F&B costs, budgeting, stock control and sales performance.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Package and benefits
- Basic salary of AED 6,000 per month, plus service charge.
- Single room in a shared apartment, medical and insurance, meals, uniform and laundry under company policy.
- Vacation ticket after every 24 months of continuous service.
