Guest Experience Experts provide services throughout guests’ stays and aim to make each experience memorable and unique.
The role involves moving through the work area and taking a hands-on approach to guest and operational needs.
Guest experience duties
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Complete reports and share information about local highlights.
- Perform reasonable additional duties as requested.
Qualifications and skills
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a front-office or customer-service role; hotel experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hotel systems such as Opera or PMS, plus basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Work conditions and standards
- The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Help maintain a safe workplace and professional appearance and communication.
