You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our residents and their guests:

Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for residents, welcoming them warmly and delivering ultra-luxury service standards.

Assist with daily front-of-house operations alongside Lobby Hosts, Concierge, and Doormen for a seamless guest journey.

Coordinate arrivals, departures, check-ins/check-outs, and escort residents with professionalism.

Maintain comprehensive resident preference profiles to ensure personal touches at every touchpoint.

Respond promptly and empathetically to requests and feedback, escalating complex matters when needed.

Ensure a pristine, welcoming ambiance in lobby and amenity spaces.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Guest Experience Agent, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our residence, our residents, and our colleagues at ONE & AVA at Palm Jumeirah.

A natural relationship builder with a warm, polished, and trustworthy presence.

0–2 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or front office operations, or an eagerness to launch an ultra-luxury hospitality career.

Impeccable communication skills, emotional intelligence, discretion, and integrity.

Strong organizational agility and a calm presence under pressure.

Thoughtfully aligned with the diverse cultural heritage and expectations of our esteemed residents.

Comfortable communicating in English.
