Role overview

What you'll do

• Maintain food quality control, appropriate and timely food rotation, and timely service.
• Prepare, cook, and present food in line with food safety standards.
• Coordinate daily preparation, food shortages, and seasonal food and beverage activities with the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef on developing and executing new menu ideas.
• Stay current with culinary trends and maintain quality in a high-pressure environment.
