Concierge

Position overview

What you will do

• Support continuous improvement of guest experience, hotel service, process efficiency, and key hotel projects.
• Provide guests with information and arrange dining reservations, events, excursions, transportation, and other requested services.
• Build local community and business partnerships that add value to guests' stays; maintain relevant city and global concierge relationships.
• Keep informed about events, dining, entertainment, nearby venues, and service providers, and make suitable guest recommendations.
• Support vendor-list ownership and quality evaluation with the Head Concierge; oversee grooming of bell captain, porters, doorman, and valet staff.

What you will bring

• At least two to three years of similar experience in luxury hotels and a relevant professional qualification or hotel school diploma.
• Fluent English communication, strong guest-service orientation, active listening, interpersonal skills, and multitasking ability.
• Relationship-driven approach, strong luxury-service and business ethic, and knowledge of property and digital concierge technology.
• Previous Concierge or premium guest-services experience is an advantage.
